If I get to the dealership and the vehicle is not quite what I expected am I still committed to buying that vehicle?
NO. We realize that this is a big purchase and you need to get the perfect vehicle for you. If you come to pick up your vehicle and it is not exactly what you expected, or it just doesn’t “feel right”. Just tell us you’ve changed you mind. No worries, no pressure. Just walk away.
How do you handle evaluating my trade on-line?
When we negotiate the terms of the deal with a trade we are relying on what you’ve told us about the condition of your trade-in. When you bring in your trade we reserve the right to adjust the trade value if there are significant conditions of the vehicle that are discovered which we couldn’t learn about until we inspected the vehicle. Don’t worry, we are a reputable dealer and always provide a fair value for your trade. If we do have to adjust the trade value for some reason, then you are still free to walk away from the deal or to take the trade out of the deal.
Do I have to use your financing to negotiate online?
Absolutely not. We have many great lending programs for all types of credit situation, however you are free to choose your own financing. Please make sure this is in place by the time you come to pick up your vehicle.
What happens when I’ve agreed to the terms of the deal?
We’ll prepare the necessary paper work so it is ready for you when you get to the dealership to take delivery. When you arrive, we will have your vehicle ready for you to take a test drive to make sure it’s exactly the right vehicle for you. We will also give you a thorough walk-around so you are familiar with all the great features of your vehicle. If you have a trade, we will confirm your trade value while you are test driving your vehicle. You should be on your way in less than 1 hour!
